Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns up to 21 days from the day your order is delivered.
To return your order please:
1) Package it carefully in the original packaging, and send it back to the warehouse it was shipped from (UK or US) at the address provided when you contact our customer service team
We recommend using a tracked service.
Please make sure your order number is written on the shipping label or outside of packaging.
2) Complete our short returns form here so that we can track & process your return.
Please reach out to customercare@sharlandengland.com to begin your return process.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and with the receipt attached for proof of purchase.
Make sure the item is well protected when returning it to us, so that it is not damaged in transit.
When the item is received by our warehouse, we will initiate a refund (please allow 4-7 business days), excluding the initial shipping cost. (this could be longer during busy times)
Damaged Goods
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
In the unfortunate case that your item(s) are damaged or broken in transit, please notify us within 5 days of receiving it at customercare@sharlandengland.com, attach photos to the email, a brief description of the damage, the order number and shipping information.
We understand how disappointing this can be and will do our absolute best to replace them as quickly as possible. Once we receive your email, we will follow-up with next steps. Please note, however, any faults reported after 5 days of receiving the item, will be deemed as general wear and tear.
Returns Policy
Sharland England reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged upon return - scratched, worn or not in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
We do not offer returns on antique items (unless damage occurs in transit) due to the fact that all the pieces are entirely unique and will show wear consistent with age. Please see further details on our T&C's page.
Returns Address
For Returns address please contact our customer service department at customercare@sharlandengland.com to obtain the correct returns address for the item(s) you orders.
For orders that shipped to the US if you order furniture and ceramics then items are likely to be returned to two different addresses.
Cancelling an Order
EU customers can request to cancel their order during the 14-day cooling-off period. Simply log in to your account and click Cancel Order next to the relevant order.
