United States of America Orders

We ship all our US orders with a duties paid service.

Items shipped from our US warehouse

Small Accessories: Flat Rate of £15 ($20)
(includes Hardware, Rattan Accessories, Blankets & Quilts)
Linens: Flat Rate of £8 ($10)
(includes Tablecloths & Napkins)
Small Furniture: Flat Rate of £59 ($79)
Medium Furniture: £149 ($199) Per Item
Large Furniture: £224 ($299) Per Item

All furniture, small rattan accessories, linens & bedding are shipped within the US domestically from our US warehouse.

Items shipped from our UK warehouse

Items include all ceramics, glassware, hampers, antiques, napkin rings and Noel rattan bell.

First item £26 ($35) then each additional item is charged at £3.50 ($5) per item.
All these items are shipped from our UK warehouse and are subject to Custom & Duties charges.

 

Duties and Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout and orders are shipped to the US with a duties paid service in order to minimise administration for our customers.

You will be contacted by our shipping company (in most US cases this is DHL) to ask you for your SSN, and for trade customers, your EIN plus a Power of Attorney Form. For context, the POA (power of attorney) form is an administrative formality allowing the courier to clear the goods on your behalf. We are unable to provide SSN or EIN to the courier on your behalf.

United Kingdom Orders

All items are shipped from our UK Warehouse.

If we receive your order by 2pm Monday-Friday, we aim to dispatch your order on the same day. If your order is received after 2pm, it will be dispatched the following business day.

Europe & Rest of the world Orders

All items are shipped from our UK Warehouse.

If you are purchasing from outside of the UK, you may be charged an import tax.

When a package is delivered to Europe and internationally, it may be subject to duties, taxes, customs duties, and / or handling fees by the destination country.

Ceramics, Glassware & Hampers: First item £25, then £5 for each additional item

Small Accessories & Linens: Flat Rate of £25
(includes Hardware, Rattan Accessories, Linens, Blankets & Quilts)

Small Furniture: Flat Rate of £60
Medium Furniture: £150
Large Furniture: £225


Customs

When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to duties, taxes, customs duties, and / or handling fees by the destination country. 
 

Returns

We accept returns up to 21 days from the day your order is delivered. 

To return your order please:

1) Package it carefully in the original packaging, and send it back to the warehouse it was shipped from (UK or US) at the address provided when you contact our customer service team.

We recommend using a tracked service.

Please make sure your order number is written on the shipping label or outside of packaging.

2) Complete our short returns form here so that we can track & process your return. 

Please reach out to customercare@sharlandengland.com to begin your return process.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and with the receipt attached for proof of purchase. 

Make sure the item is well protected when returning it to us, so that it is not damaged in transit. 

When the item is received by our warehouse, we will initiate a refund (please allow 4-7 business days), excluding the initial shipping cost. (This could be longer during busy times).

For orders placed from the US:

Whether you are returning an order back to the UK or US, this will be processed within 3-4 working days. This may take longer during our busy period. After your order has been received by our warehouse(s), we will initiate a refund (please allow 4-7 business days), excluding the initial shipping cost.

 

Damaged Goods 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

In the unfortunate case that your item(s) are damaged or broken in transit, please notify us within 5 days of receiving it at customercare@sharlandengland.com, attach photos to the email, a brief description of the damage, the order number and shipping information. 

We understand how disappointing this can be and will do our absolute best to replace them as quickly as possible. Once we receive your email, we will follow-up with next steps. Please note, however, any faults reported after 5 days of receiving the item, will be deemed as general wear and tear. 

Returns Policy

Sharland England reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged upon return - scratched, worn or not in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

We do not offer returns on antique items (unless damage occurs in transit) due to the fact that all the pieces are entirely unique and will show wear consistent with age. Please see further details on our T&C's page.

Cancelling an Order
EU customers can request to cancel their order during the 14-day cooling-off period. Simply log in to your account and click Cancel Order next to the relevant order.

Returns Address

For Returns address please contact our customer service department at customercare@sharlandengland.com to obtain the correct returns address for the item(s) you orders.  

For orders that shipped to the US if you order furniture and ceramics then items are likely to be returned to two different addresses.
