If we receive your order by 2pm, we aim to dispatch your order same day. If your order is received after 2pm, it will be dispatched the following day. However, due to occasional short-staffing in the Coronavirus pandemic, this cannot always be guaranteed.

When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to duties, taxes, customs duties, and / or handling fees by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. The customer is responsible for paying these charges, which may be done through your local customs office. If left unpaid, or if a customer rejects their item at customs, the shipping cost to return that item to Sharland England, will be deducted from the original product price customer refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and with the attached receipt or proof of purchase.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Please note, sale items are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded or credited.
We do not offer refunds on antique items (unless damage occurs in transit) due to the fact that all the pieces are entirely unique and will show wear consistent with age. Please see further details on our T&C's page.
In the unfortunate case that your item(s) are damaged or broken in transit, please notify us within 5 days of receiving it at CustomerCare@SharlandEngland.com, attaching a photo to the email, a brief description of the damage, the order number and shipping information. We understand how disappointing this can be and will do our absolute best to replace them as quickly as possible. Once we receive your email, we will follow-up with next steps. Please note, however, any faults reported after 5 days of receiving the item, will be deemed as general wear and tear.
For international orders, if an item is returned because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, Sharland England will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by Sharland England. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.
Please allow up to 4-7 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse.

You can request a return within 14 days from receipt of the package. All you need to do is contact CustomerCare@SharlandEngland.com.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method, as soon as the goods are received and processed, excluding the initial shipping cost. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Make sure the item is intact and well protected, so that it is not damaged in transit. Sharland England reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged upon return - scratched, worn or not in their original packaging.
