USA Customs & Duties

The US government has recently introduced increased duties on imports for orders over USD$800 (including shipping fee). We are now including these duties in your order total, and shipping orders to the US with a Duties Paid service in order to minimise administration for our customers. The duties on your order are broken out in the checkout for visibility. 

Additionally, for orders over USD$800, customs may contact you for your SSN, and for trade customers, your EIN plus a Power of Attorney Form. For context, the POA (power of attorney) form is an administrative formality allowing the courier to clear the goods on your behalf. We are unable to provide SSN or EIN to the courier on your behalf.
