Bathrooms don’t have to be just functional; they can be transformed into a haven of beauty and relaxation with a few thoughtful touches.

For me, organisation is key to creating a sense of calm. I love using our Splatter Bambino Vase or Marbre Mug as a toothbrush holder to keep my sink clutter-free. I pair them with our chic Coquillage Dish that makes a beautiful soap tray, perfect for hand soap or on the corner of your bath. My absolutely favourite soap is Annings of Dorset’s, sustainable and luxurious.

Storage is a necessity but you can turn it into an interesting moment by, for example, using a woven bin or basket to store your loo rolls or as a bin. This Chairish vintage woven basket  is rather special and I love to use our medium Pinet Pot as a pretty bin (& not just in the bathroom!)

If you know me, you know I have a soft spot for bamboo accents - that’s why I designed our Pimlico Bamboo Side Table, inspired by antique bamboo pieces. I use mine in our bathroom by the bath. Its two tabletops make it great for storing linens and soaps and of course a delicious scented candle. My end-of-day ritual is soaking in a bath with a lit candle. I’m currently burning our Orange Blossom Candle it’s so soothing and refreshing.

Lastly, for a cosy corner, our Piolo chair would be my go-to.  It adds so much character to any space. I have our Dusky Pink one in the girls’ bathroom and they love it.
