I think one of the reasons why I love festivities so much is that I get to do what I love - tablescaping and entertaining loved ones.
The weather has been so lovely here in London lately, that I wanted our Easter table to be bright, cheery and feel like Spring. I chose our beautiful hand-embroidered Fraises des Bois tablecloth in blue and then added layers of blue Pintora plates and matching blue Fraises des Bois napkins - I love the pretty ruffles along the edges. Everything is handmade and can tell a story and this is what I love the most about this tablescape.
I think a table is never complete unless there are flowers on it. And I was lucky enough to find the most colourful bunch at my florist. I added them to the table in our Drip Cigno jug and spread some around the house in smaller vases. As it’s Easter, my little ones wanted to add some pretty eggs as well- they made them themselves and were quite proud of their work!
